AT&T: HBO Max Launch
The HBO Max launch on att.com required several dedicated writers working end-to-end strategy from our front page through confirmation. We created more than 30 customer journey maps. We worked with HBO.com on messaging to merge our brand voice for this effort. And because we were partway through an evolution to a new design system, we delivered content for two different CMS at the same time.
AT&T: U-verse® with GigaPower Launch
We personalized the release of U-verse® with AT&T GigaPower for each major city. Earlier versions included references to local sports teams or city skyline views. Offers varied based on the market and seasonal timing.
